MAKE ARTIST AWARE IF YOU HAVE HAD STAFF INFECTION, A FACELIFT, OR ARE ON ANTIBIOTICS (must be off the 2 weeks before treatment)/ ARE CURRENTLY BEING TREATED BY A DOCTOR FOR AN INFECTION.
